1) Separate the Velcro to reveal the entire wood back on the pad.
The rack contains two holes that appear to be bolt holes I will refer
to the holes as "simulated bolt holes".
2 Place the rack on the wood portion of the pad making sure the
simulated bolt holes touch the wood.
3) Align the oval portion of the rack with the oval portion of the
pad.
4) Pull the back cover over the simulated bolt holes and press the
Velcro on the back cover to the Velcro on the wood backing.
